Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items (including partially used root bark powder) are non-returnable.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned product and confirm it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item).
3. Damaged or Defective Items

4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. The original product will need to be returned in accordance with our return policy above.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at mimosabark.hq@gmail.com We are able to cancel orders before they are processed and shipped, but once your order is dispatched, we cannot cancel it. In that case, you may initiate a return once you receive the item.
